.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over the northern waters
through Wed. A surface trough will move westward off the Yucatan
Peninsula each evening, and enhance nocturnal winds over the SW
Gulf, through Thu.  

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered thunderstorms. 
.SUN...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Three near 32.9N  75.1W 1014 mb
at 0300 UTC. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. The 
system will meander north of the area and offshore of the North 
Carolina coast through Mon, reaching tropical storm intensity
Sun morning. The system will then start to shift northeastward
away  from the area Tuesday. Expect an increase in winds and
seas over  the waters south of 22N Mon through Tue as the
remnants of  Tropical Storm Beryl move WNW across the Caribbean.

N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers.
