.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over the northern waters
through Wed. A surface trough will move westward off the Yucatan
Peninsula each evening, and enhance nocturnal winds over the SW
Gulf, through Wed.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Three near 33.1N 74.8W 1015 mb
at 11 AM EDT moving N at 2 kt. Maximum sustained winds 25 kt
gusts  35 kt. The system will meander north of the area and
offshore of  the North Carolina coast, reaching tropical storm
intensity Sun. The system will then start to shift northeastward 
away from the area Tuesday. Expect an increase in winds and seas 
over the waters south of 22N Mon through Tue as Tropical Storm 
Beryl, or its weakened remnants, move WNW across the Caribbean. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW
5 to 10 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and slight chance of
thunderstorms. 
.SUN...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. S of 27N, seas 2 ft or less. N of 27N, seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 to 4 ft late. Slight chance of thunderstorms.
