.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build over the northern waters
this weekend. A surface trough will move westward off the
Yucatan Peninsula each evening, and enhance nocturnal winds over
the SW Gulf, through Wed.

.SYNOPSIS...Recently developed Tropical Depression Three is
north of the area near 32.6N 74.1W 1015 mb at 0300 UTC. The 
system will meander north of the area, offshore of the North
Carolina coast, reaching tropical storm intensity Saturday 
evening, and strengthen modestly before moving slowly 
northeastward Tue and Wed. Expect an increase in winds and seas 
over the waters south of 22N Mon through Tue as Hurricane Beryl or
its weakened remnants move WNW across the Caribbean. 

.OVERNIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 5 to 10 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms.
