This activity will move inland northeastern Mexico and southern Texas through Mon. Otherwise, weak high pressure ridging extending from the southeast Gulf waters to Texas will drift to over the northern gulf waters through Tue supporting moderate to fresh SE return flow over the northwestern Gulf.
