Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms over
the far western gulf from 22N to 26N and west of 93W are
associated with an upper-level low centered just inland the
coast of Mexico near 22N98W and that is moving westward. This
activity will move inland northeastern Mexico and southern Texas
through Mon. Otherwise, weak high pressure ridging extending
from the southeast Gulf waters to Texas will drift to over the
northern gulf waters through Tue supporting moderate to fresh SE
return flow over the northwestern Gulf. A trough moving west off
the western coast of the Yucatan Peninsula each night will
further enhance overnight winds over much of the southwestern
Gulf waters through the period.

.SYNOPSIS...Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms over
much of the western section of the forecast waters will gradually
shift west and southwestward through Mon night. Otherwise, high 
pressure extending westward from a strong high center over the 
central Atlantic to Florida will maintain gentle to moderate winds
north of 22N and fresh south of 22N, becoming strong off Hispaniola
at night through the upcoming week. 

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms.
