Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...An area of low pressure centered just SE of Laredo 
Texas will generate strong gusty winds, numerous showers and 
scattered thunderstorms over Texas coastal waters today. Winds and
seas for the NW Gulf will continue to diminish through tonight as
the low weakens. A broad ridge across the SE Gulf will support 
light winds and seas less than 3 ft east of 88W through Tue. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to S 5 to 10 kt after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the east-central Atlantic will 
slowly shift westward through Sat night, then remain nearly 
stationary near 30N55W through Tue. The tightening pressure 
gradient that results over the central Atlantic will support fresh
trade winds S of 23N and west of 50W. This will cause seas to 
build to 6-7 ft in southern waters E of the Bahamas this weekend.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. 
.FRI...SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to 15 kt N of 27N.
