Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A mid to upper low will meander over the Gulf of
Mexico through the middle of the week and continue to enhance
convection across the eastern Gulf waters. The Atlantic
subtropical ridge will continue to extend across the eastern
Gulf waters. The pressure gradient between the ridge and
generally lower pressure over the far western gulf will support
moderate to fresh SE winds mainly west of 90W.

.MON...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic subtropical ridge will continue to
extend westward across the region supporting southerly light to
moderate winds in the windward side of the Bahamas. Strong high
pressure associated with the ridge will lead to enhanced trades
along the northern coast of Hispaniola every night during the
forecast period.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N of
