Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure of 1017 mb is over the central
gulf near 25N88W, with a ridge extending southeast. A weak cold 
front will move across the northern Gulf Mon morning before 
becoming stationary across the NE Gulf and northern Florida late 
Tue, and dissipating early on Thu. E winds are expected to 
increase over the far S central waters and in the entrance to the 
Yucatan Channel on Fri.

.MON...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure is present over the area. A cold 
front will move across the Carolinas into the western Atlantic 
Mon, and move S of 31N Mon night. The tail end of the front will
stall across the waters north of 28N Tue through Wed night
before  becoming diffuse on Thu. Weak high pressure will remain 
elsewhere, slightly increasing across the basin Thu and Fri.

.OVERNIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. 
.MON...W winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft in the late morning and
early afternoon, then, subsiding to 2 ft or less late in the
afternoon. 
.MON NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
