.SYNOPSIS...Subtropical Storm Alberto near 27.1N 84.4W 994 mb at
11 AM EDT moving N at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts
55 kt. Alberto will move to 28.7N 84.9W this evening...inland to
30.3N 85.9W Mon morning...inland to 31.6N 86.4W Mon evening
...and inland to 33.6N 86.7W Tue morning. Winds and seas will
start to decrease after the storm moves inland with ridging
building in from the Atlantic. A strong trough will impact the
southern waters Wed and Thu. 

...TROPICAL STORM WARNING...

.THIS AFTERNOON...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS. S to SW winds 40 to
45 kt. Seas 8 to 15 ft. Numerous showers and isolated 
thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS EXPECTED. S to SW winds
45 to 50 kt, becoming S 25 to 30 kt after midnight. Seas 7 to
12 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...The pres gradient will tighten today through Mon
night as Subtropical Storm Alberto moves through the eastern
Gulf of Mexico while central Atlantic ridging lingers. Winds
will be near gale W of 79W through tonight. Conditions will
improve Tue as the pres gradient slackens. A cold front or
frontal trough may drop into the NE waters Wed night through
Thu. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 8 ft.
Numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms.
