.SYNOPSIS...An Atlantic ridge extending west across Central
Florida to the Texas Coastal Bend will shift slightly north
across the northern waters on Sat where it will meander through
Mon morning. A broad trough will develop across the eastern gulf 
late Mon and drift west through Tue. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

building to 3 ft after midnight.
