.SYNOPSIS...A trough extending southwest from the western
Florida Panhandle to the central gulf waters will gradually
dissipate through Fri morning. A ridge will set up from the
Florida Big Bend to the Texas Coastal Bend during the upcoming
weekend, and then persist into early next week.  

.OVERNIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

dominate the forecast area through early next week supporting
fresh to  locally strong flow across the tropical waters,
including the  approaches to the northern Caribbean Passages.
