.SYNOPSIS...A trough extending from the Florida panhandle to the
central Gulf will weaken through Fri evening. A ridge will set 
up from the Florida Big Bend to the Texas Coastal during the 
upcoming weekend, and then persist into early next week.  

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

locally strong flow across the tropical waters including the
approaches to the northern Caribbean Passages.
