Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure continues over the eastern waters
with a weak surface low currently over the northeast gulf waters
forecast to drift north reaching inland the Florida Panhandle
overnight. As the low continues northward it will trail a trough
across the north-central waters through Fri evening. A ridge
will set up from the Florida Big Bend to the Texas Coastal
during the upcoming weekend, and then persist into early next
week.  

.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.FRI...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...An east to west ridge will meander across the
northern waters through early next week supporting fresh to
locally strong flow across the tropical waters including the
approaches to the  northern Caribbean Passages, except near gale
conditions are  forecast along the north coast of Hispaniola
late Thu. Fresh to locally strong southerly winds are forecast 
north of the Bahamas overnight. 

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 15 to 20 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
