Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A broad surface low pressure area interacting with
an upper-level low is centered over the SE Gulf. This system
will slowly move northward across the eastern Gulf of Mexico
during the next few days, and enhance rainfall across portions
of Florida and the northeastern Gulf Coast during the next few
days. Winds and seas could be higher near thunderstorms. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft, subsiding to 2 ft
or less. 
.TUE...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over the forecast waters
through Fri. Moderate to fresh southerly winds are expected N of
 27N and just off the Florida peninsula due to the pressure 
gradient between high pressure across the area and a low
pressure moving slowly N across the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
Fresh to strong winds will prevail north of Hispaniola.

4 to 6 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
