.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure centered over the SE Gulf will slowly
move northward over the eastern Gulf through the week. Showers
and thunderstorms will affect the Gulf waters near and E of the
low through the week.  

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to SW in the
afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft, subsiding to 2 ft
or less. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
