.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the northern waters will lift
northward this weekend as a surface trough develops over the
eastern Gulf. Low pressure will develop along the trough early
next week and lift northward into the SE United States by
midweek.  

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.
