Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Ridging will persist from the western Atlantic
across the northern Gulf through Sun night. A weak trough will
form over the Yucatan Peninsula during the evenings, move
offshore the Peninsula to over the eastern Bay of Campeche
overnight through the mornings, then dissipate in the
afternoons.

showers.

showers.

.SYNOPSIS...An old frontal trough lingers from 31N72W SW across
the N Bahamas to southern Andros Island to 23N80W will meander
and weaken through tonight before drifting slowly NW Thu through
Sat. Fresh to strong southerly winds embedded in a few 
thunderstorms east of the trough will diminish accordingly 
through tonight. A ridge will build from central Atlc SW and
across the waters north of 25N afterward, supporting generally 
moderate to fresh winds south of 22N east of the Bahamas, but 
with pulses of fresh to strong winds off the north coast of 
Hispaniola mainly at night through Sat. 

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NE 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.THU...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NE 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N.
