Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will enter the NW Gulf this
morning, then slide eastward along the northern Gulf coast
through Sunday evening. High pressure building over the Gulf in
the wake of the front will support gentle to moderate N to NE
winds will prevail over the basin through Tue night.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends NNE from E Cuba near 21N77W 
to 29N75W. The trough will drift westward in tandem with a broad 
upper-level disturbance centered over Cuba. The trough will move 
over southern Florida on Sat, then remain nearly stationary 
through Sun night. Showers and thunderstorms, fresh to strong 
winds and building seas are expected in the vicinity of the 
trough. A weak cold front will enter the waters N of the Bahamas 
Sun evening, then stall near 29N on Mon and Tue.

.TODAY...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
