Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the NW gulf extends a ridge
southeastward to the Straits of Florida and will track to the
northeast and inland on Sun then move east off the Georgia coast
on Mon with the ridge extending west-southwest across the
northern gulf waters through Thu.  

.TODAY...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Isolated
showers. 
.MON...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 to
4 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front extending from 31N69W south- 
southwest across the central Bahamas to W central Cuba will move
slowly SE and reach from near Bermuda to the central Bahamas 
tonight. Active weather will shift eastward along front through 
tonight. A cold front will enter the NW waters Sun, move quickly
eastward and merge with the weak front along a position from 
near 28N65W to west-central Cuba Mon night, then become 
stationary from near 27N65W to west-central Cuba by early Wed. 
Strong high pressure will slide eastward near 31N Mon night 
through Wed, resulting in a tight pressure gradient N of the  
front. Inverted trough will develop along about 65W Thu.
