Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from just west of Mobile to
26N91W and to inland Mexico just N of Tampico. Numerous showers
and scattered thunderstorms precede the front N of 25N. The cold
front will reach from near Apalachicola to 25N90W and inland
Mexico near Coatzacoalcos Mon morning, from Apalachee Bay to
25N88W to eastern Bay of Campeche Mon evening, and from near
Tampa Bay to 24N89W and stationary to the eastern Bay of
Campeche early Tue. The cold front will move across the far SE
Gulf and Straits of Florida early Wed morning, then reach NW
Cuba by late Wed night into early Thu, while the stationary
portion remains from the eastern Bay of Campeche to the NW
Yucatan Peninsula. Weak high pres will build across the area
behind the front, however, another weak cold front is expected
to move to just offshore the Texas coast early on Thu. This next
cold front is expected to reach the eastern gulf by Fri night.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending westward from 27N65W to
27N75W to West Palm Beach Florida will lift northward through
early Mon with near gale force southeast flow developing across 
the forecast waters north of the Bahamas Mon and Mon night in 
association with a surface low that will move eastward across
the southeastern United States. The surface low will track 
northeastward along the Georgia and South Carolina coasts on Tue, 
and drag a couple of weak cold fronts across the northwest waters 
during the middle of next week. 

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE
20 to 25 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in N to NE swell. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 20 to 25 kt N of
27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft S of 27N, and 7 to 10 ft N of 27N. Scattered 
showers and thunderstorms.
.MON NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 20 to
25 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft S of 27N, and 8 to 11 ft N of 27N.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft S of 27N, and 6 to 9 ft in SE swell
N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
.TUE NIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N.
