Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has reached the NW Gulf and extends
from near the Texas/Louisiana border to Brownsville, Texas. This
front is preceded by a pre-frontal squall line affecting mainly
the waters N of 28N. The cold front will reach from the
Mississippi Delta to the Bay of Campeche tonight, from the
Florida Big Bend to the Yucatan Peninsula on Mon night, then
slow somewhat on Tue passing across the Straits of Florida Tue
night. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the
afternoon, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the morning, then, subsiding to 2 ft or less in the
afternoon. 
.MON NIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Remnants of a stationary front extending westward
from   27N65W to south-central Florida will lift northward today
with  near gale force southeast flow developing across the
forecast  waters north of the Bahamas on Mon and Mon night in
association  with a surface low that will move eastward across
the southeastern United States. The surface low will track
northeastward along the Georgia and South Carolina coasts on
Tue, and drag a couple of  weak cold fronts across the northwest
waters during the middle of  next week.

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 5 to 7 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 20 to
25 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 ft S of 27N, and 5 to 7 ft N of 27N. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. S of 27N, seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or
