Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the north central Gulf will shift
east through Tue, allowing fresh to strong SE return flow to set
up off the Texas coast through Tue night. These winds will
diminish Wed ahead of a weak cold front expected to settle over
the northern Gulf Thu before dissipating Fri.  

.OVERNIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.TUE...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 31N71W to central Cuba
will begin to weaken as it reaches from near 31N68W to eastern 
Cuba early Tue. Strong southerly winds ahead of it N of 28N are 
quickly shifting eastward and diminishing. Strong west winds 
behind the cold front will continue to also diminish through Tue
 afternoon, at which time the cold front is expected to reach
from  near Bermuda to eastern Cuba Tue. The weakening cold front
will  reach from near 28N65W to 26N70W and stationary to SE
Bahamas and  eastern Cuba by early Wed. The western portion will
lift back to  the north as a dissipating boundary to near 26N
through Thu  night. A weak front is expected to sag southward
into the waters  off northeast Florida Fri before stalling and
dissipating. 

.OVERNIGHT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NW 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NW to N 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW to N 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.WED...S of 27N,NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,NW to N
winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E late in the afternoon. Seas 3 to
4 ft.
