Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from 28N84W to
27N91W...then becomes a warm front to 25N98W. High pressure will
begin building north of the region tonight, transitioning the
fronts to a cold front that will move SE across the southern
Gulf Tue through Wed. The front will then dissipate over the SE
gulf Thu. Fresh to locally strong northerly winds are expected
just after the frontal passage. A stronger cold front is
expected to cross the Gulf this weekend. 

.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers
and slight chance of thunderstorms. 
.TUE...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft until late afternoon,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and slight chance of
thunderstorms. 
.TUE NIGHT...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,

where it transitions to a warm front to 31N77W. Low pressure NE
of Florida will track NE tonight, and will drag a cold front SE
Tue through Thu, reaching from 31N75W to 27N80W Tue night and 
from 31N66W to 25N78W Wed night. The front will then dissipate 
Thu. Fresh to strong winds and building seas will precede and 
follow the front N of 28N Tue night through Wed night.
