.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the NW waters will shift SE across
the forecast waters, moving SE of the area by early Wed. High
pressure will build in the wake of the front.

southeast United States tonight. Winds will reach gale force 
north of 28N tonight through Wed night as the front moves
eastward across the area. Winds will diminish below gale force
late Wed night. The front will extend across the far SE waters
Sat.

25 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of
