.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from Mississippi to NE Mexico.
The front will shift SE across the forecast waters, moving SE of
the area by early Wed. High pressure will build in the wake of
the front.

.TUE...SW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.
