Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge over the northern Gulf will shift E through
tonight ahead of a cold front moving off the Texas coast Mon.
The front will extend from the Florida Big Bend area to Veracruz
Mexico early Tue, just as a reinforcing push of cold air moves
off the Texas coast. The reinforcing front overtakes the first
front late Tue, accompanied by strong winds and building seas
over the northern Gulf. The merged front sweeps southeast of the
Gulf by early Wed. Winds and seas diminish across the Gulf
through late Wed as high pressure follows the front across the
northern Gulf.

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front accompanied by fresh to strong winds
and 8 to 10 ft seas will move across the waters N of 28N and E
of 70W through this morning. Another front will follow in the 
same area through Mon. Southerly winds will increase to fresh to
strong off northeast Florida and north of the Bahamas late Mon, 
then increasing further to near gale force north of 28N with 
building seas late Tue through Wed as low pressure moves off the 
Carolina coast. A trailing cold front will sweep eastward, 
reaching from Bermuda to eastern Cuba by Wed night, then drift 
east through late week.

.TODAY...S of 27N,SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W to NW late
in the afternoon. N of 27N,W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft early
in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N,NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S in
the late evening and overnight. N of 27N,W to NW winds 10 to
15 kt, shifting to S to SW 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft
or less. 
.MON...S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft late in the afternoon. 
.MON NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
