Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface high is centered near Tampa Bay with a ridge
extending west along 27N. The high will shift south over the 
southeast gulf waters this weekend with a ridge extending 
northwest to the Texas coast. The ridge will retract east on Sun 
night ahead of a cold front moving offshore Texas on Mon. The 
front will extend from the Florida Panhandle to Veracruz Mexico 
early Tue, and pass through the Straits of Florida late Tue night.

.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

waters. Strong to near gale force southerly winds will develop on 
Tue to the north of the Bahamas either side of a cold front. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the late
morning and early afternoon, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N,E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,NW to N winds
5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S after midnight. Seas 2 ft or
less. 
.SAT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW 15 to 20 kt N
