.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will drift into the NE Gulf through
Thursday. Southerly return flow will prevail across the basin
Fri through Sun. A cold front will move into the NW Gulf Monday.

stationary front extends from 26N65W to the Windward Passage.
The fronts will merge on Thursday, with the merged front
stalling  over the SE waters Fri. High pres will build in the
wake of the  front.

N of 27N. Seas 3 ft S of 27N, and 5 to 7 ft N of 27N.
