.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over Oklahoma will drift
southeastward into the NE Gulf through Thursday. Southerly
return flow will prevail across the basin Fri through Sun.

Windward Passage. A reinforcing cold front will move into the

on Thursday. The merged front will stall over the SE waters Fri.
