Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move off the Texas coast Sun
afternoon, then move southeastward across the entire basin
through early Mon and across the Straits of Florida on Mon
evening. A brief instance of gale force winds is possible behind
the front over the far western gulf on Mon and far SW gulf
waters on Mon night. Strong northerly winds elsewhere in the
wake of the front will diminish from the NW through Mon night. A
ridge will extend from northeast Texas to the Straits of Florida
on Tue, and shift NE on Wed.  

.TODAY...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Winds and 
seas higher in and near numerous showers and scattered 
thunderstorms.
.SUN...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered 
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN NIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from 24N65W to the Windward Passage 
will stall across the tropical waters north of the Greater 
Antilles tonight. Remnants of the front will lift back to the  N
on Sun ahead of another cold front moving off the NE Florida 
coast on Sun night. This cold front will extend from near 31N75W
to northwest Cuba late Mon, and stall from 27N65W to central Cuba
on Wed. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms.
