A second cold front will move east across the waters north of the Bahamas on today, and merge with the first cold front across the waters N of Puerto Rico late Fri. The merged fronts will stall over this area on Friday with the lingering boundary shifting northward this weekend. A third cold front will move into the NW waters late this weekend.
