Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from central Florida to just N of
Veracruz Mexico will move south of the area tonight. High pres
will build in the wake of the front. The next cold front will
move into the northern waters late Sat night, reaching the far
southeast waters late Sun night.  

.TODAY...NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...Large northerly swell will slowly subside across the
 open waters through the end of the week. A cold front is moving
offshore NE Florida this morning, with near gale force to
minimal gale conditions developing north of 28N east of the
front today.  The front will reach from Bermuda to Central Cuba
Thu morning,  and then from 27N65W to Hispaniola Fri morning. A
second cold  front will move east across the waters north of the
Bahamas on  Thu, and merge with the first cold front across the
waters N of  Puerto Rico late Fri. A third cold front will move
into the NW  waters late this weekend. 

.TODAY...SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and W 20 to 30 kt N
of 27N. Seas 7 to 10 ft in NE swell. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms.
