.SYNOPSIS...E to SE winds associated with a ridge extending from
the Atlc into the central Gulf will prevail over the basin
through Sat. A weak cold front will stall along the Texas coast
Sat night and Sun, then retreat back north Sun night.

Sun, then dissipate through Mon night.
