Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending from the Florida
Panhandle to the W Bay of Campeche, will drift westward on Tue
while weakening. A trough will remain over the SW Gulf through
Wed. Fresh to strong northerly winds will prevail behind the
front through tonight.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge, with axis across the N waters, dominates
the forecast area. A cold front will move off NE Florida
tonight, and clip the far north waters on Tue while weakening
through Wed. Fresh to strong winds will continue to blow across
the waters S of 23N/24N through Tue night under the influence of
the ridge. Long period E swell will affect the waters S of 27N
most of the forecast period, building seas up to 11 or 12 ft  E
of the Bahamas. 

.TONIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. S of 27N, seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft late. N
of 27N, seas 4 to 6 ft.
