Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from SE Louisiana to NE
Mexico near 24N98W will reach a position from the western Florida
Panhandle to the central Bay of Campeche on Mon, where it will 
stall and gradually weaken. Fresh to strong northerly winds and 
buiding seas to 8 or 9 ft will follow the front tonight and Mon. 
The remnants of the front may lift nortward on Tue, while a trough
will remain over the SW Gulf.

.MON...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge, with axis across the N waters, dominates
the forecast area. Fresh to strong winds are expected across the
waters S of 25N through early Mon morning, and then mainly S of 
23N Tue through Wed as the ridge weakens, and a cold front clips
the far N waters on Tue. 

.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft S of 27N, and 4 to
6 ft N of 27N. 
.MON...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 15 to
