.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving slowly across the northwest gulf
waters will accelerate southeast later today, then stall east to
west along 25N on Thu. Remnants of the front will north across
the northern gulf waters on Fri and Sat ahead of second cold
front moving off the Texas coast on Sun.  

.TODAY...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.
