Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge is building SE over the Gulf waters as a
reinforcing cold front brings more cold air into the northern
Gulf. This front will weaken and dissipate tonight. Winds and
seas will diminish from W to E across the Gulf this evening and
tonight. The ridge will shift E on Wed and Thu, allowing SE
return flow to set up over the entire basing by Thu afternoon.
The next cold front is forecast to enter the northern Gulf
waters on Fri.

.WED...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 31N68W to 27N71W to
central Cuba near 22N78W. The front will reach from 24N65W to
the  easternmost tip of Cuba by Wed evening where it will remain
nearly stationary through Thu evening. Fresh to strong NW-N
winds will  dominate the entire area west of the front,
including the Old  Bahama Channel by this evening. Similar
marine conditions are  expected early on Wed. High pressure in
the wake of the front will dominate the region through Thu.
Another cold front is forecast  to arrive over the north waters
on Fri afternoon.
