Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pres centered N of Bermuda ridges SW
into the central Gulf. Strong to near gale force winds will
affect the Straits of Florida tonight. Low pres centered near
28N95W will quickly move across the NE Gulf tonight and Sun and
drag a cold front across the eastern Gulf waters through Mon
evening. Gales are expected behind the front near Veracruz Mon
afternoon through Tue morning. 

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.SUN...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SUN NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to W to NW late.
Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening stationary front extending from 21N65W
to near the eastern tip of Cuba near 22N74W will dissipate
tonight.  Strong to minimal gale force winds are expected N of
the front to  about 24N and E of the Bahamas tonight. A
deepening surface low  moving across Florida into the Atlc will
drag a cold front across  the NW waters Sun night and Mon. The
front will reach from 31N74W  across the NW Bahamas to the
Straits of Florida on Mon evening,  then from 31N66W to eastern
Cuba by Tue evening.

.SUN...E to SE winds 20 to 25 kt S of 27N, and SE 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 6 to 9 ft.
