Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pres across the SE U.S. will maintain
strong winds east of 90W through Sat. A trough across the SW
Gulf off the Mexican coast will meander through Sat, then lift N
as a warm front. A surface low will develop along the warm front
near 29N88W Sun morning, then race across the NE Gulf Sun, and
drag a cold front across the E Gulf through Mon morning.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 31N60W to 26N71W, then 
stationary across the Bahamas to western Cuba. The front will 
then weaken and lay down along 21N-22N through Sat night. Strong
to near gale winds and very large seas are likely south of 25N 
through Sun as strong high pres shifts eastward north of the 
area. The W portion of the frontal boundary will lift N as a
warm front Sun night. A deepening surface low moving across 
Florida into the Atlc will drag a cold front across the NW waters 
Sun night and Mon, with the front reaching from 31N71W across the 
Bahamas to the Straits of Florida on Mon night.
