Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A pair of troughs continue to rotate around weak
1015 mb low pres near 26N87W. The low will drift SW today while
also becoming a remnant trough, then will dissipate by early
Thu. A strong cold front will enter the NW waters Thu, rapidly
shifting across the basin through the end of the week. Gale
force winds are possible W of the front in the western Gulf Thu
night through Fri morning. A reinforcing front will move through
the eastern Gulf Sat. High pres will build in the wake of the
fronts for the remainder of the weekend.  

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.THU...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extending from the NW Bahamas
southward to central Cuba will drift NW, approaching NE Florida 
and SE Georgia Thu night. High pres will build in the wake of the 
trough. A cold front will move off the E coast of Florida Fri 
night, with a reinforcing front moving across the waters W of 72W 
through Sun night. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E 20 to 25 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 6 to 10 ft N of 27N. 
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 5 to 8 ft N of
27N.
