Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pres from the Ohio Valley to Cuba will
produce fresh to strong NE winds across the Straits of Florida
and SE Gulf tonight through late Sun. The high will shift E into
the W Atlc late Sun and Mon to produce fresh to strong return
flow across the central Gulf early Sun through Mon. Low pres and
associated cold front will sink SE across the N central Gulf
Mon, moving SE into central Gulf Mon night through Tue as the
system weakens.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong NE winds NW of a stationary front from 25N65W
 to Windward Passage will expand in coverage through tonight as 
strong high pres builds SE toward the eastern U.S. coast. Gale 
force winds are expected NW of front to the S of the Turks and 
Caicos and in the approach to the Windward Passage Sun through 
Sun evening. Conditions across the region will improve Mon night
through Tue as the high shifts E and weakens. Large NW swell
will gradually fade across waters E of 75W through late Sun. A
cold front will emerge off N FL coast Tue night with strong
winds possible N of the front.

N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SUN...NE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 6 to
