.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pres across southern Texas and NE Mexico
is producing a reinforcing surge of cold air and gale force
winds in the coastal waters off of Veracruz tonight. Winds and
seas will diminish from N to S early Thu through Sat as strong
high pres slides eastward.  

.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. 
.THU...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Complex low pres near 32N76W 994 mb is deepening 
rapidly and will move quickly NNE tonight...producing a large 
area of gale force winds covering much of the area N of 26N. 
This low will exit the region to the NNE Thu and continue to 
rapidly deepen while generating large NW swell. Trailing cold 
front extends SSW across the central Bahamas to central Cuba and
will shift SE and reach from Bermuda to Windward Passage midday 
Thu then drift SE and stall through Sat.

.TONIGHT...NW winds 20 to 30 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 25 to 35 kt
N of 27N. Seas 6 to 9 ft S of 27N, and 10 to 15 ft N of 27N. 
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...NW winds 20 to 25 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 20 to 30 kt N
of 27N. Seas 5 to 7 ft S of 27N, and 8 to 13 ft N of 27N.
