Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pres across southern Texas is producing
a reinforcing surge of cold air and gale force winds in the
coastal waters from Tampico to Veracruz this evening. Winds and
seas will diminish from N to S Thu through Sat as strong high
pres over the United States slides eastward.  

.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Complex low pres offshore of NE Florida is rapidly
deepening and moving quickly NNE this evening...producing a
large area of gale to storm force winds covering much of the
area N of 26N. This low will exit the area to the NNE tonight
and continue to rapidly deepen and generate large NW swell.
Trailing cold  front extends SSW across the N Bahamas to central
Cuba and will  shift SE and reach from Bermuda to Windward
Passage midday  Thu then drift SE and stall through Sat.

.TONIGHT...NW winds 20 to 30 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 25 to 35 kt
N of 27N. Seas 6 to 9 ft S of 27N, and 10 to 15 ft N of 27N.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 20 to
30 kt N of 27N. Seas 6 to 8 ft S of 27N, and 8 to 13 ft N of 27N.
