.SYNOPSIS...Reinforcing surge of cold air will bring gale force 
winds in the coastal waters from Tampico to Veracruz today. Winds 
and seas will diminish Thu through Sat as strong high pres over 
the United States slides eastward. 

.TODAY...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary extends WSW from 29N65W through 
the Bahamas to a surface low near Miami. The low will deepen 
rapidly as it moves quickly NE. Gale conditions are likely over 
much of the area north of 27N tonight through Thu night as the 
system becomes a large storm force low near 31N75W. Seas could 
peak near 20 ft as the low heads N. Strong winds E of the Bahamas 
will subside Fri. A cold front trailing the low will stall from 
31N57W to Haiti Fri night through Sun.

.TODAY...S of 27N, W winds 20 to 30 kt. N of 27N, E winds 25 to
30 kt, shifting to S to SW early in the afternoon, then, shifting
to W to NW 30 to 40 kt late in the afternoon. Seas 6 to 9 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...NW winds 20 to 30 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 30 to 40 kt
N of 27N. Seas 8 to 11 ft in NE swell. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms. 
.THU...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 20 to
30 kt N of 27N. Seas 7 to 10 ft in N to NE swell.
