Reinforcing cold air will push into the region Wed. Winds and seas
will diminish Thu through Sat.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front from 31N66W through the Bahamas 
to eastern Cuba will push southward this morning, then stall in 
the evening as an area of low pressure develops as a wave along 
the front near the Bahamas. Rapidly deepening low pressure will 
develop near the northern Bahamas Wed afternoon and lift quickly
NE. Near-gale force winds are likely for much of the northern 
waters Wed through Thu night.
