Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough over the extreme W gulf will
continue to move NW and inland today. Then, a ridge will
dominate the gulf waters through Tue night. A weak cold front
will reach the coast of Texas on Wed, and stall across the N
Gulf Thu before moving N as a warm front Thu night. A stronger
cold front will reach the NW gulf Fri.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 22N65W to 21N70W will 
dissipate this morning. A ridge centered just E of central
Florida through Tue night will weaken and shift SE through Wed
as the  southern portion of a cold front quickly moves W to E, N
of 29N. The ridge will set up along 25N on Thursday as low pres 
moves off the SE United States coast, with another cold front 
dropping S to near 29N. Fresh to strong SW winds will precede the 
cold front.

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 5 to 10 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...S of 27N,NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,SW to W
winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW to N in the late morning and
