Southeast Gulf of Mexico .SYNOPSIS...A weakening frontal boundary extending from the Florida Panhandle to near 26N95W will dissipate today as it slowly moves southeastward. A trough located over the SW gulf will drift westward, and move inland along the Tamaulipas and Veracruz coast of Mexico by early Sunday. High pressure will then build southward across the eastern and central waters through Sunday night, then begin to shift eastward on Monday. The next cold front is forecast to enter the NW gulf by late Tue, then will move slowly across the N and W waters on Wed. .TODAY...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. High pres will generally maintain moderate NE winds over the area through Mon. Strong high pressure near Bermuda will bring strong easterly winds over much of the central and southern waters Mon night through Tuesday night.
