Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the northern Gulf through the
middle of the week. A trough will develop late each day over the
Yucatan Peninsula and drift westward into the SW Gulf each night
where it will dissipate each morning. A cold front will move off
the Texas coast Wednesday, and extend from near Tampa Florida to
25N96W to Veracruz Mexico by late Thu. The front will stall from
SW Florida to extreme W Bay of Campeche Fri. Strong high pressure
over the Mid-Atlantic states with increasing winds over the Gulf 
E of 85W Sat into Sun.

.SYNOPSIS...A trough off the Yucatan coast will move inland
tonight or Wed and dissipate. A trough from the Bahamas to E 
Cuba will drift W and gradually dissipate through Wed. A ridge 
along 28N/29N will retreat eastward Thursday ahead of a cold 
front moving off the NE Florida coast late Thu. The front will 
extend from 31N68W to E-Central Florida by late Fri and from 
30N65W to SE florida by late Sat. Strong high pressure over the 
Mid- Atlantic states allows increasing NE to E winds N of and 
across the front late Fri through Sun.

N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N.
