.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the NE Gulf will shift NE of the
area today as cold front stalls across the Texas Coastal Plains.
Light NE winds across the eastern gulf will increase to moderate 
to fresh NE to E breeze tonight across the far SE waters, with 
moderate NE winds forecast everywhere E of 88W by late Fri.

late morning and early afternoon, subsiding to 2 ft or less.

through Wed night. Fresh NE winds forecast N of 28N W of 79W on 
Sun.
