Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Nate is inland over S Mississippi
near 31.5N 88.4W at 08/0900 UTC moving NNE at 20 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 60 kt with gusts 75 kt. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 986 mb. Nate will move farther inland to
near 34.1N 86.8W by this afternoon as it continues to weaken and
move quickly away from the Gulf basin. Winds and seas over the N
Central waters will diminish today as the western extension of
Atlantic high pressure begins to build westward across the
northern waters into next week.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure is over the northern waters while a 
trough is along 68W/70W S of 28N. The trough will slowly move 
towards the Bahamas through early next week while weakening. 
Another trough will move from E to W across the area Tuesday 
night through Thursday night preceded by fresh to possibly
strong  NE to E winds N of 25N.
