Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Harvey is centered near 27.5N 96.5W at 
25/2100 UTC, moving NW, or 325 degrees at 9 kt. Estimated 
minimum central pressure is 941 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 
110 kt gusting to 135 kt. Harvey is forecast to make landfall 
early tonight, reaching a position inland near 28.2N 97.0W 
Saturday morning. Harvey is then likely to stall near or just 
inland of the middle Texas coast through the remainder of the 
weekend. 

.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to N late in the
evening, then, shifting to NE to E after midnight, shifting to SE
to S late in the night. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms. 
.SAT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.SAT NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W in the late
